How Risky Is Asia?

Despite the rosy trade and investment numbers, the potential for a global pandemic looms large as one of the major risks facing the region. Other risks commonly cited include serious territorial clashes emerging from transnational pollution, over-fishing, water supplies and oil exploration. Does Asia have the necessary architecture for governments to develop and integrate effective strategies to address these risks? Do companies in Asia have the right operating structure in terms of their own risk mitigation and contingency planning? Simultaneous interpretation in English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese
