Mission Statement/Goal:
The mission of Christian Connections for International Health is to promote international health and wholeness from a Christian perspective. CCIH provides field-oriented information resources and a forum for discussion, networking, and fellowship to the spectrum of Christian organizations and individuals working in international health.

Description of services provided:
CCIH provides information support and networking to a broad range of Christian organizations and individuals involved in all aspects of health and healing in developing countries.
Organizational History
Year started: 1987
Structure: CCIH is a membership organization with a seven-member board of directors and a 3/4 time volunteer Executive Director.
Employees/volunteers: Volunteer Exec. Director; part-time paid program assistant, and scores of volunteers.

Other organizational history: Starting in 2000, CCIH began a major focus on mobilizing the Christian community to address AIDS, malaria, and TB.

CCIH works mostly with church and mission organizations and Christian NGOs, but has some contacts with pharmaceutical companies.
Achievements/Publications/Resources:
Mobilizing Christian community to engage in UNGASS and the founding of the Global Fund; Information sharing of church involvement in AIDS, malaria, and TB. Promoting better monitoring and evaluation in faith-based organizations projects. Thrice yearly journal, The CCIH Forum. Website: www.ccih.org.
